This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made on Skill Set Go – Learn, accessible at https://learn.skillsetgo.in (“Platform”), operated by Skill Set Go (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By enrolling in or purchasing any course, program, assessment, or digital service on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Nature of Services
Skill Set Go provides digital educational services, including online courses, learning content, assessments, reports, and related resources delivered electronically.
As these are digital services, they are not eligible for physical return.
2. General Refund Policy
Unless otherwise expressly stated on a specific course or service page:
- All purchases made on the Platform are non-refundable
- Once access to a course, assessment, or digital content is provided, no refund will be issued
- Payments made are final
3. Exceptional Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made for the same service due to a technical error
- Payment successfully completed but access to the purchased service was not provided
- Cancellation of a course or service by Skill Set Go before access is granted
Refund requests under these scenarios must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Skill Set Go.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
- Failure to complete or attend the course
- Partial or full usage of the course or service
- Non-achievement of expected academic, career, or personal outcomes
- Incorrect course selection by the user
- Access issues caused by user-side factors such as device limitations or internet connectivity
5. Technical Issues
In case of genuine technical issues preventing access to purchased content:

- Skill Set Go will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include restoring access, extending access duration, or providing alternate access
Refunds will be considered only if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.
6. Course Cancellation by Skill Set Go
If Skill Set Go cancels a course or service after payment but before access is granted, users will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- An option to enroll in an alternative equivalent course
7. Pricing and Offers
- Course prices, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice
- Refunds will not be issued due to subsequent price changes or promotional offers introduced after purchase
